Plastic prototyping
The work requires going through several stages. First of all, a mathematical model is built using CAD programs. Then the model is approved and then a prototype is made. The design of plastic products in our company is carried out using modern techniques, in particular 3D methods.
Printing plastics using a 3D printer involves layer-by-layer application of liquid ABS with further curing. Thanks to this method, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost of prototyping, while obtaining a visual result that will allow you to evaluate the future part.
